 When it comes to high intensity workouts it is important to make sure our bodies have enough of the vital nutrients they require to keep going. If you don’t have a healthy, balanced diet then no matter how hard you workout or for how long you will never gain that muscle growth or loose that excess weight. Say, for example, your body had low levels of protein in it, protein is used for energy by the body during workouts, if there is not enough protein in the body it will start to break down muscle tissue which results in muscle loss.
